While our mom, the editor-in-chief of
ContentMode, was styling one of the FALL 2012 editorials, I was able to investigate a couple of handbags. I like this this soft rub-able exterior and durable lining, so durable it was hard to jump in and grab some afternoon kip. I had to surrender this bag sample when I found out it's available in select Dior boutiques in NY, Paris , London and Shanghai.
Meanwhile, this rubber designer bag was soft and bed-like, although it did smell like an expensive washing glove... wasn't sure I'd nap in it too long while satisfying my designer bag fetish. Sadly, it was packed up and returned to the Marni PR office - rumor has it that it can be purchased at the Marni boutique in SOHO NY. Perhaps I'll add it to my wishlist for more designer bags to sleep in as it's FALL and it's getting chilly.
My mom's YSL traveler bag that she needs to replace as I'm tried of sleeping in this... it's so last year.
And of course, when in doubt, it's always good to go green and recycle bags!
