Sven and Kille select their favorite David Yurman diamond accessories

  The sound of small zip lock bags loaded with fine jewelry excites Sven and Kille.  For some reason they love to sniff and kiss diamonds.  As I was home  organizing looks for a shoot with Lindsay Vonn /ESPN promo, not only did they take over the diamonds but they tried to wrap themselves in the hems of silk chiffon gowns by Alberta Ferretti.   I let Kille try on the diamond and gold cuff to keep him out of the pre shoot organizing..it worked.

     Sven and Kille love to be part of the "look " making process the night before fashion editorial shoots. 

       My 2 cats  were very sly while I was baking muffins;  they decided to take advantage of the moment and quietly re organized the outfits I created for my denim theme/Contentmode.com shoot to new looks that I didn't create. I had to start from scratch and re create looks UGH!

     They respond  well to Greenies or their chew sticks, so I was able to get them out of the styling zone by planting Greenies and the chew sticks in the living room and saved the muffins from being burnt as well .  I 'd like the recipe for Greenies as they are addicted and if i'm baking muffins etc, why not attempt Greenie muffins for the cats?  Perhaps there is a method to cat distraction I'm still learning.

  Kille and Sven like chewing straps on my expensive Givenchy heels, Agent Provocateur bra straps, the laces of my running shoes, corners of my sofa cushions.

  I'm exasperated when it comes to cat proofing my apt, so I thought to myself maybe dog chew sticks could replace chewing objects.  This thought became a mission as I walked past Roomies dog and cat boutique on Hudson and LeRoy area ( West Village).   They stock only organic/ natural dog and cat treats.  The manager of the boutique and her terrier watch dog gave me a great list of chewable options that might curb Kille's Pica syndrome.  Knowing they both like Rabbit and Vensison I ignored the cat snacks and purchased 2 dog chew sticks in those  flavors.

  Gifts were well received, although they are too hard to chew;they will at least enjoy walking around with Roomie's Doggie chew sticks in the their mouths.
